Order Processing

All orders placed during week days (Monday – Friday) before 2PM will be dispatched on the same day where custom work is not required. If you place your order after 2PM we will endeavor to send it out on the same day, but it may be shipped the following working week day.

Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the first following working week day.

Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to send your goods. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and between 8AM and 7PM. We cannot provide a specific hour for delivery. Occasionally deliveries can be delayed by extreme weather conditions and other events which are beyond our control.

If your goods do not arrive please notify us at the earliest opportunity so we can follow this up with the delivery company.

If your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can initiate a case with the delivery company.

If a parcel is returned due to a person not being available to receive the delivery or an incorrect address was provided, then the customer will be charged return shipping and a re-delivery charge.


14 Day Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange, the return carriage is payable by the buyer and the items must be returned unused, in the same condition as you received them and in original packaging. We also recommend using a service which provides tracking.

Airsoft rifles are classed as restricted goods and can only be sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force.


If an item is found to be faulty within 12 months please notify us immediately so we can issue a returns authorisation if required. Please note that any alterations or attempt at modifying an item will invalidate any warranties.

Returning the item is at the cost of the buyer. We will inspect the item and endeavour to repair any fault that is due to a manufacturing defect and if a repair is not possible we will replace the item.

If a fault is found to be due to misuse, general wear and tear or the item has been altered or tampered with then the cost of repair or replacement will be at the buyers expense.
